Rava Kesari

Hi friends,
This is my first post.

Ingredients:

Rava or Semolina or Suji - 1 Cup
Sugar-1 Cup
Ghee-1/2 Cup
Water-3 Cup
Elaichi -1
Cashew nut-10
Kesari powder-1 pinch



1.Add 1 tblsp of ghee in a kadai and roast the rava untill the aroma comes.
2.Boil the water with kesari powder and sprinkle the rava in it and continuously stir it.
3.When the rava boiled now add the sugar in it and mix it well.add elaichi powder.
4.Now add the ghee little by little.Then fry cahewnuts in ghee and add it and serve it.
